M.O.M.: Masters of Maternal (For ALL Women)
Whether you’re a mother, you are working towards being a mother, you have a mother or you are one sexy mother-f*cker, I’m wishing you a happy mother’s day and I thank you for stopping by the blog. Although this is the third post I’ve written on Mother’s Day, it’s my first Mother’s Day that I’m actually a mother (which is something I quite often never thought I would be.) The first post I wrote was entitled, “Happy Non-Mother's Day!” (here’s the link ) and the second was called, “Mothering Myself” (here’s the link ). For this year though, I’ve been debating what I wanted to write about. For fun, I looked up “mother” in the dictionary and one of the definitions that was listed was one I had never noticed before. It was, “ A term of address for a female parent or a woman having or regarded as having the status, function, or authority of a female parent.” I liked the sound of that.
